Summary
 In this article, it tell that a typhoon caused serious damage and killed people in Taiwan. In order to save the people who were trapped in the mountains, the military deployed soldiers to rescue the people. To avoid the risk, many fishing boats were recalled and the crew prepared to fix the boats. Also, the typhoon influenced the Philippines and damaged many houses.

Reaction
 Because we are talking about winds, so I choosed a typhoon report as my RRJ. A typhoon is not only a nature weather phenomenon, but also causes serious loss. It alwas brings extreme winds and plentiful rain. A typhoon moves with counter clockwise rotation. In Taiwan, it usually happens in summer and autumn. Every time a typhoon comes, we have to prepare food in advance because the rain destroys vegetables, so the costs of vegetables get increased. Because it always causes damages, the government assigns the military to rescue or help the refugees to rebuild their homes. I was a soldier; I experienced to rescue the refugees; their houses were buried by water or mudslides, these were cruel scene. But a typhoon has an advantage; because it brings plentiful rain, it can solve the risk of water scarcity. According to my experiences and this article, the typhoon is a terrible phenomenon.

Summary

 In this article, it described that two companies will combine their products and design a new RF device, but they still have to face the lay out problems. If their design works, it will cause a great significance in RF research and bring huge benefits.

Reaction

 RF is an identification system; it means radio frequency, and is used in communication products, such as wireless, cell phone, and the emission or the TV frequency, etc. The frequency of RF is from 10 Hz to 3160M Hz; the frequencies cover from radio to radar. RF is popular because it is used on the computer, cell phone, and processes of semiconductors, etc.
 RF was my interest area in university as well. If it is possible, I will study biomedical devices and apply to RF; RF could control biomedical devices by wireless or computer, the patients do not have to go to the hospital, and the doctor could know the patients' condition by computer.
